Empire Partner Foundation
Empire Partner Foundation (EPF) is a South African non-profit innovation ecosystem focused on youth, tech, and entrepreneurship. They train young Africans, host hackathons, incubate startups, and build AI-driven solutions for public sector challenges across sectors like water, energy, housing, education, and healthcare. Key initiatives include Solve for X, youth training, VSI and GBA+. It is one of three ecosystem entities, alongside the EPF Tech Fund and EPF SSIF.
AI Campus
AI Campus is a South African AI company offering a unified platform (AIC ONE) for governments and enterprises. Their tools cover data analytics, workforce skills mapping, workflow automation, compliance verification, case management, and community engagement.
EPF TECH FUND
Invests in African technology businesses solving public sector challenges, through repayable working-capital loans on commercial terms. With 23+ investments, 750+ jobs created, and R114M in realised values, their portfolio includes Paypoint, Visiosoft, Smart-View Technology, and AI Campus.
EPF SSIF
EPF SSIF 1 - CSI and private donor fund, Section 18A eligible, administered by the Foundation is live and accepting donor capital. EPF SSIF 2 - institutional and impact-investor fund managed by Effectus Capital Management (FSP) is in regulatory approval, targeted Q1 2027.
